Excellent Condition: A vehicle is deemed in excellent condition by Kelley Blue Book if it appears brand new, hasn’t had bodywork (including paint), lacks rust, is in perfect mechanical condition, and doesn’t require any repairs whatsoever. The interior is clean, as is the engine, which has no observable flaws or fluid leaks. The engine should also appear to be free of wear and tear. A vehicle in excellent condition has an entire (provable) record of service and a clean title history.
Good Condition: A vehicle in good condition also has a clean title and no significant mechanical issues—any issues that it might have should be easily repairable. A vehicle condition, on the whole, must not have any major flaws (no body damage). The interior and exterior have very few, if any, apparent dings, scratches or defects, and the paint job is still shiny. The body of the car should be rust free or have very little rust. If the tires—which all match—show wear, it isn’t much, and they have considerable life left.
Fair Condition: Kelley Blue Book assesses a used vehicle’s condition as fair if its tires need replacement, it has any rust (which must be repairable to be classified in fair condition), it possesses some defects in the engine or other mechanical systems, or any visual flaws (in the paint job or the interior). Any imperfections or defects must be serviceable or repairable, and, according to Kelley Blue Book, the car must be “in reasonable running condition.”
Poor Condition: We do not list vehicles in poor condition. A vehicle in poor condition may require an independent appraisal to determine its value. If, for a example, a car’s mileage can’t be confirmed, or its title isn’t clean (i.e. a salvaged or previously flooded car), or the car has mechanical issues that can’t be repaired, it’s deemed in poor condition. Having severe rust and not running well also qualify a car as in poor condition.

Agent/Owner also certifies that they are the legal owner or authorized seller of the above mentioned apparatus.
Listing Agreement
I agree
This is an agreement between the seller and Company Two Fire. Company Two Fire agrees to advertise the above apparatus on our website free of charge as well as other social media websites and various mediums. All serious inquires submitted to Company Two Fire by a prospective buyer will be presented to the authorized seller of said apparatus in writing. Seller agrees to pay Company Two Fire any moneys over the above mentioned bottom dollar sale price of apparatus within 10 days of the sale. This is not an exclusive contract, the Agent/ Owner may sell the apparatus on their own to a buyer not previously presented to the seller by Company Two Fire with no fees or penalties. If Agent/Owner sells said apparatus on their own, seller agrees to notify Company Two Fire, at time of sale, as to the sale price and the name and address of the buyer. Agent/Owner acknowledges failure to provide this information will result in fees payable to Company Two Fire as if the lead was referred by Company Two Fire and sold at the listed price. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the other party in writing. If any sale takes place subsequent to termination, to a lead previously refereed by Company Two Fire, then Agent/Owner agrees to pay a ten percent commission on the sale price of said apparatus.
